Effective date: 13 August 2026 Last updated: 13 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Amndar Limited ("Amndar", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, protects and manages personal information when people use Amndar websites, mobile applications, software, digital products and services (collectively, the "Services").
This is an Amndar-wide policy. It applies across Amndar products unless a product-specific notice says otherwise.
1. Information We May Collect
The information collected depends on the Service and the features a person chooses to use. It may include:
account information such as name, email address, username, display name and account identifiers;
profile information and preferences;
health, fitness, exercise, movement, recovery, nutrition, hydration or wellbeing information where relevant to a Service;
location information, including precise location where a location-based feature requires it and permission has been granted;
photographs, videos, posts, comments, messages, files and other content a user chooses to provide;
purchase, subscription and entitlement information;
device, operating-system, app-version, security, diagnostic and performance information where collected;
product interaction and usage information needed to operate, secure, understand or improve a Service;
communications sent to Amndar, including support and privacy requests.
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
2. Information From Connected Services and Devices
A Service may allow a user to connect compatible devices, operating-system services, health or fitness platforms, media services, calendars or other services.
Where a user chooses to connect a service, Amndar may receive information that the user has authorised that service or device to provide. The information available depends on the permissions granted. Permissions can normally be changed or revoked through the relevant device or service settings.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
provide, maintain and operate the Services;
create and manage accounts;
save, synchronise and restore user information;
provide requested features and personalisation;
calculate or display activity, fitness, nutrition, location or other product information;
provide community, messaging or sharing functionality;
recognise purchases, subscriptions and entitlements;
provide support;
protect accounts and Services against fraud, abuse and security threats;
diagnose faults and improve reliability and performance;
understand how Services are used and develop or improve Amndar products;
send service communications;
send marketing communications where permitted and where required consent exists;
comply with legal obligations; and
establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
We will not use personal information for a materially unrelated purpose where doing so would be inconsistent with applicable law or the notice provided when the information was collected.
4. Purchases and Payment Information
Some Services may offer paid features, subscriptions, memberships, credits, seals, badges, virtual items or other digital products.
Where payment is processed by an application marketplace or payment provider, that provider processes the payment credentials required for the transaction. Amndar may receive transaction-related information needed to recognise and manage the purchase, such as the product purchased, transaction identifier, entitlement, subscription status, renewal, expiry, cancellation or refund status.
Amndar does not need a user's full card or bank credentials merely to recognise a marketplace purchase.
5. Public and Community Features
Some Services may include public profiles, rankings, communities, posts, comments, messaging or other social features.
Information intentionally made public may be visible to other people. Users should not publish information they do not want others to see. Private communications are treated differently from intentionally public content, subject to operation, security, moderation and legal requirements.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
Amndar does not sell personal information.
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary:
to service providers used to operate, secure, host or support a Service;
to payment platforms involved in a purchase;
where a user deliberately connects another service;
where a user chooses to publish or share information;
to comply with law, court orders or lawful governmental requests;
to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents;
to protect the rights, safety or property of Amndar, users or others; or
in connection with a genuine business restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Storage, Security and International Processing
Information may be stored on a user's device and on infrastructure operated or used by Amndar. Some technology providers may process or store information outside New Zealand.
Amndar uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and Service. No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Where applicable law regulates disclosure of personal information outside New Zealand, Amndar will take the steps required by that law.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing Services, maintaining accounts, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing abuse and enforcing agreements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of, subject to legal and technical requirements.
9. Access, Correction and Privacy Requests
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to personal information Amndar holds about them and may request correction of inaccurate information. Users may also request account closure or deletion of eligible information.
Some information may need to be retained where lawfully required, necessary for security or fraud prevention, required to complete a transaction or otherwise lawfully retained.
10. Indirect Collection
Where Amndar receives personal information about an individual from another source, we will provide any notice required by applicable privacy law unless an applicable exception applies.
11. Marketing
Amndar will send commercial electronic marketing only where permitted by law. Marketing communications will identify the sender and provide an appropriate way to unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Operational messages concerning security, transactions, legal notices or a requested Service may still be sent where appropriate.
12. Children and Young People
Different Services may have different age requirements. Where a Service permits younger users, Amndar may provide additional safeguards, age controls or product-specific notices where required.
13. Automated Features and Artificial Intelligence
Current or future Services may use automated systems or artificial intelligence for functionality, recommendations, analysis, personalisation or assistance.
Where those systems process personal information, that processing remains subject to this Privacy Policy and any additional notice provided for the relevant feature.
Automated outputs should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice unless a Service is expressly designed and lawfully authorised to provide such advice.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Amndar and its Services develop. The current version will be published through the official Amndar website or applicable Service with an updated revision date. Material changes will be notified where required.
15. Contact
Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests and complaints can be submitted through the official contact channel published on the Amndar website.

This Cookie Policy explains how Amndar Limited ("Amndar", "we", "us", or "our") uses or may use cookies and similar browser technologies across Amndar websites and web-based Services. It should be read with the Amndar Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored through a browser or device. Websites may also use local storage, session storage and similar technologies. In this policy, "cookies" includes these technologies where appropriate.
2. Categories
Depending on the technologies actually enabled on an Amndar website, cookies may include:
Strictly necessary
Used to operate the website, maintain sessions, provide authentication or security, prevent abuse, remember privacy choices or deliver functionality requested by the user.
Preferences
Used to remember choices such as region, language, display, accessibility or other settings.
Analytics and performance
Where enabled, used to understand website use, navigation, errors and performance so the Service can be improved.
Marketing
If Amndar introduces advertising or marketing technologies, they will be identified and appropriate choices or consent controls will be provided where required.
The existence of this policy does not mean every category is currently active.
3. Third-Party Technologies
Some functionality may depend on technology supplied by other organisations. Where a third party places or accesses cookies, its own privacy terms may also apply. Material third-party technologies will be identified through the website or consent interface where required.
4. Cookie Choices
Where a cookie preference interface is provided, users may use it to control eligible non-essential technologies.
Browsers also generally allow users to view, block, restrict or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent parts of a website from operating correctly.
5. Consent
Where applicable law requires consent before a non-essential technology is activated, Amndar will seek that consent before activation. Refusing optional cookies should not prevent access to functionality that does not reasonably depend on them.
6. Mobile Applications
Mobile applications may use application storage, device permissions, identifiers or similar technologies rather than traditional browser cookies. Those practices are primarily covered by the Amndar Privacy Policy and any applicable product notice.
7. Changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated as Amndar websites and technologies change. The current version will show its latest revision date.
8. Contact
Questions about cookies or privacy can be submitted through the official contact channel published on the Amndar website.

This page explains the privacy controls and request options available to users of Amndar Services. It should be read with the Amndar Privacy Policy.
1. Access
A person may request access to personal information Amndar holds about them, subject to applicable law.
Amndar may need to verify identity before providing personal information.
2. Correction
A person may request correction of personal information they believe is inaccurate or incomplete. Where a requested correction is not made, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning the requested correction.
3. Account Information
Where a Service provides account or profile controls, users should use those controls to update information directly where possible.
4. Account Closure and Deletion
Users may request closure of an Amndar account and deletion of eligible personal information.
Deletion may not be immediate or absolute where information must reasonably be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, backup rotation or other lawful purposes.
5. Device Permissions
Users can control many permissions through their device or operating-system settings, including permissions that may relate to:
location;
health or fitness information;
camera;
photographs or media;
notifications;
Bluetooth or connected devices; and
other platform capabilities.
Disabling a permission may prevent the associated feature from working.
6. Connected Services
Where a Service allows external accounts or devices to be connected, users may be able to disconnect them through the Amndar Service, the connected provider or device settings.
Disconnecting a service stops future access according to the connection mechanism but does not necessarily delete information previously received and lawfully retained.
7. Marketing Choices
Users may withdraw consent to eligible marketing communications through the unsubscribe method provided in the communication or through available account controls.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop operational communications concerning account security, transactions, legal notices or requested Services.
8. Cookie Choices
Where non-essential website cookies or similar technologies are used, users may be given a cookie preference interface. Browser controls can also be used to manage cookies. See the Amndar Cookie Policy for more information.
9. Public Content
Where a Service allows users to publish content, privacy or visibility controls may be provided. Information already viewed, copied, shared or independently retained by other users may not always be fully retractable after publication.
10. Requests and Verification
Privacy requests can be submitted through the official contact channel on the Amndar website.
To protect users, Amndar may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and locate the relevant information before acting on a request.
11. Complaints
A person who has concerns about Amndar's handling of personal information may contact Amndar through the official privacy contact channel.
Nothing in this page limits any right to complain to an applicable privacy or regulatory authority.

This document explains Amndar's general approach to protecting information across its Services. It supplements the Amndar Privacy Policy and does not promise that any system is completely secure.
1. Security Approach
Amndar uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the Services and information involved. Security controls may evolve as products, infrastructure and risks change.
2. Data Minimisation
Services should collect and retain only information reasonably required for their stated functionality, operation, security, legal obligations or legitimate product purposes.
3. Storage
Depending on the Service, information may be stored:
locally on a user's device;
on infrastructure operated or controlled by Amndar; or
through technology providers used by Amndar.
The exact storage architecture may differ between products and may change as infrastructure develops.
4. Access Controls
Access to systems and personal information should be limited to people, systems and service providers that reasonably require access for authorised purposes.
Administrative and privileged access should be restricted and protected appropriately.
5. Authentication
Services may use passwords, platform sign-in, one-time codes, biometric device controls or other authentication mechanisms. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and devices.
6. Transmission and Encryption
Where appropriate, Amndar uses secure transmission methods and platform security capabilities. Encryption and other safeguards may be applied according to the sensitivity of the information, platform capabilities and system architecture.
This statement does not claim that every item of information is encrypted in every location or at every stage.
7. Backups and Resilience
Amndar may maintain backups or redundant copies where reasonably necessary for availability, recovery and continuity. Backup retention may differ from active-system retention because deletion and rotation occur on separate schedules.
8. Service Providers
Where technology providers process information on Amndar's behalf, Amndar will take reasonable steps to select and use providers appropriate to their role and applicable legal obligations.
9. Security Monitoring
Amndar may use logs, alerts and other technical information to detect faults, suspicious activity, abuse or security incidents.
10. Security Incidents
If Amndar becomes aware of a privacy or security incident, it will assess the nature, scope and likely consequences and take reasonable steps to contain and remediate it.
Where applicable law requires notification to affected individuals or a regulator, Amndar will make the required notification.
11. User Responsibilities
Users should:
keep credentials confidential;
use device security controls;
keep software reasonably up to date;
avoid sharing authentication codes;
be cautious of impersonation and scams; and
report suspected account compromise promptly.
12. Responsible Reporting
Security concerns relating to an Amndar Service should be reported through the official Amndar contact channel. Reports should contain enough information to reproduce or understand the issue and should avoid unnecessary access to other users' information.
13. Changes
Amndar may update its security practices and this document as Services and threats evolve.
