Amndar Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Effective date: 13 August 2026
Last updated: 13 August 2026

This Disclaimer applies to Amndar Services that provide exercise, fitness, movement, nutrition, recovery, wellbeing, activity-tracking or related functionality.

1. General Information Only

Unless a Service expressly states otherwise, information provided through Amndar is for general informational, fitness, tracking and wellbeing purposes.

It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Exercise Risk

Physical exercise, running, strength training, high-intensity activity, mobility work and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including injury.

Users are responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for their circumstances, environment, equipment and ability.

Users should stop an activity and seek appropriate assistance if they experience symptoms or circumstances that make continuing unsafe.

3. Professional Advice

People with questions about a medical condition, injury, medication, pregnancy, diet, exercise suitability or other health concern should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it solely because of information presented by an Amndar Service.

4. Measurements and Estimates

Metrics produced by software, sensors, wearables or connected services may be estimates and may contain errors. This may include:

Such information should not be relied upon as a medical measurement unless a feature is specifically designed, validated and lawfully represented for that purpose.

5. Plans and Recommendations

Training plans, activity suggestions, automated recommendations and similar features may be generated from information available to the Service. They cannot account for every individual circumstance.

Users remain responsible for deciding whether to follow, modify or stop a recommendation.

6. Nutrition Information

Nutrition information may come from databases, labels, user input, calculations or other sources and may contain inaccuracies or change over time.

Amndar does not guarantee that nutritional estimates are appropriate for a user's medical or dietary needs.

7. Connected Devices

Information received from phones, watches, heart-rate sensors or other connected devices depends on the accuracy, availability and permissions of those devices and services.

Amndar does not control the independent operation or accuracy of third-party hardware or platforms.

8. Emergencies

Amndar Services are not emergency services and should not be relied upon to detect, diagnose or respond to an emergency.

In an emergency, users should contact the appropriate local emergency service.

9. No Guaranteed Outcome

Amndar does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, race performance, health improvement or any other particular outcome.

Results vary between individuals and depend on many factors outside the operation of software.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These Community Guidelines apply to Amndar Services that allow users to create profiles, publish content, communicate, compete, participate in communities or otherwise interact with other users.

They supplement the Amndar Terms of Service.

1. Respect Other People

Users must not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate or deliberately target another person with abusive conduct.

Disagreement is permitted. Abuse is not.

2. No Hate or Dehumanising Abuse

Content or conduct that attacks or dehumanises people on the basis of protected characteristics is not permitted.

3. No Sexual Exploitation or Non-Consensual Intimate Content

Users must not post or distribute sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content or content that unlawfully sexualises minors.

4. No Violence or Credible Threats

Credible threats of violence, instructions intended to facilitate real-world harm, or content used to target a person for violence are prohibited.

5. No Scams, Fraud or Impersonation

Users must not:

6. No Spam or Manipulation

Users must not use automated, repetitive or deceptive activity to spam, manipulate rankings, artificially inflate engagement or interfere with fair participation.

7. Intellectual Property and Privacy

Users should post only content they have the right to share.

Do not publish another person's private information without lawful authority or appropriate permission.

8. Fitness and Health Discussions

Users may discuss fitness, exercise, nutrition and wellbeing, but community content does not become professional medical advice merely because another user presents it confidently.

Users must not falsely claim professional qualifications or use Amndar Services to deceptively provide regulated professional services.

9. Competitions, Rankings and Challenges

Where a Service includes challenges, rankings, competitions or performance comparisons, users must participate honestly.

Manipulating activity records, falsifying results or exploiting technical defects may result in removal of results or account action.

10. Messaging and Personal Safety

Users are responsible for deciding what information they share with other users.

Never share passwords, one-time authentication codes or sensitive payment credentials through community messaging.

Users should report suspected scams, threats or abusive conduct using available reporting mechanisms.

11. Moderation

Amndar may review reports and may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Guidelines, the Terms of Service or applicable law.

Moderation decisions may take context, severity, repeated behaviour and risk into account.

12. Reporting

Users can report suspected violations through reporting tools provided by the relevant Service or through the official Amndar contact channel.

Reports should be made in good faith.

13. Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include:

Amndar Accessibility

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Amndar Ltd is committed to making its digital products accessible and usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility support may differ between Amndar products, platforms, devices and versions. The accessibility information displayed on an application's official marketplace listing should be consulted for the accessibility features currently supported by that particular application and device.

Amndar products may support accessibility features provided by the operating system or platform, including features such as VoiceOver, Voice Control, larger text, dark interfaces, sufficient contrast, reduced motion and other accessibility technologies where implemented and supported.

We aim to consider accessibility throughout the continued development of our products, including readability, navigation, interaction, visual presentation, motion and compatibility with platform accessibility technologies.

Not every Amndar product currently supports every accessibility feature. We do not represent a feature as supported merely because it is available on the underlying device or operating system. Support depends on whether the applicable product can perform its common and primary tasks appropriately using that accessibility feature.

Current Accessibility Information

Accessibility capabilities vary by product, platform and version.

For applications distributed through Apple's App Store, current supported accessibility features may be displayed directly on the application's App Store product page.

Amndar may expand or improve accessibility support as its products develop.

Feedback and Accessibility Support

We welcome feedback from users who encounter accessibility barriers when using an Amndar product.

If you experience difficulty accessing functionality, understanding content, navigating an interface or using an Amndar product with assistive technology, please contact us and describe:

This information helps us investigate accessibility problems and improve our products.
